Las Vegas, NV October 6, 2020: Sarachek Law Firm, a bankruptcy law firm focused on

creditors and investors rights, was today retained by Lenard Schwartzer, the Chapter 7 Trustee, to pursue recovery actions against parties doing business with an allegedly fraudulent sports gambling scheme commonly known as Wellington Sports Club. The scheme encompassed a number of related businesses, including Quantum Sports Advisors, Einstein Sports Advisory Ltd., QSA LLC, Wellington Sports Club, LLC. Welscorp, Inc., Vegas Basketball Club, LLC., Las Vegas Football Club, LLC, Boston Biometrics LLC, Sports Psychometrics, LLC., ESA, Ltd., No-More-Bad Hires, Inc., all run by John F. Thomas, III (aka Johnathan West) and Thomas Becker. All of these related entities, including Thomas and Becker as individuals, are currently debtors in a consolidated Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada before Chief Bankruptcy Judge August B. Landis (Case No. BK-S-19-18056-ABL).
